food sharp

I’ve been using some free music through creative-commons for my videos so far. While it has worked out, there isn’t much of a selection on incompetech.com. I have a decently sized personal music collection but I don’t want to run into copyright issues with the record companies that seem to be active on youtube now. I’ve tried making some background music in garageband but it hasn’t worked out very well. I KNOW there has to be a bunch of light instrumental background music like what i’ve been using floating around (if not from people just playing around with garageband). So if you come across a good source of this kind of stuff or you are the source and would like me to use your music please let me know through foodsharp@gmail.com or on twitter.

I’ve been working on organizing the footage I have to try to decide what to put up for this week. I originally planned to do a zuchhinni bread but I had some problems with my camera which are now fixed and shouldn’t happen again. I’m going to reshoot the zuchinni bread eventually but for this week i’ll be doing an episode on Blueberry Muffins. About the same time as the second episode goes up i’m going to post an introduction video to give a bit of information and answer some of the obvious questions about myself and the show.
